A judge could ask what your damages were. If the tablet didn't work and your money was refunded, a judge could hold that you were compensated for your damages. You could check if another attorney sees things differently. Good luck

Use less water and don't apply until the point that water starts draining onto your neighbor's yard. Tell your neighbor you'll take measures to prevent water draining into his yard. Tell him you'll work with him and ask him to let you know if you reach the point of water running... Read more »
