No. The damages, if any, would be so small it would be throwing good money after bad to seek legal action against them.

Q: Can someone file a loss of consortium claim against me in kentucky and take my registered service dog?

The dog is in my name and was expensive and has been registered as a service dog. Would she be considered an asset that the individual suing me could claim?

Q: Can animal control come into my motel room that's paid while I'm gone and take my dogs if we been there for week and

Nothing had been said about no animals allowed I was only gone 3 hours and they entered my room that was not damaged or dirty and room was paid up for another few days and they took my animals and now trying to charge me spay neuter fees and almost 500 dollars worth fees to get them back

Q: My dog killed a neighbors dog. Am I responsible for purchasing them a new dog?

I already offered to pay vet fees and have a hearing for the court to tell me I have a vicious dog and make me lock it up. I just want to know if I can be sued and forced to buy them a replacement dog, as they are requesting.

Q: Can I have my dog outsider for 30 minutes to an hour without having shelter, if I’m still home.

I live in a small town in Ky. I don’t have shelter outside for my dogs because they never ate outside longer than 30 minutes to an hour. I never leave them outside with out me being home & able to let them in immediately.

Q: Does an animal control officer in a neighboring county have the jurisdiction to go to another county in KY?

I have an invisible fence, but apparently someone called the animal control officer (in a neighboring county) & they left a notice on my door about my dogs. So I'm just curious if they have the jurisdiction in my county to do anything?

Q: My dog that I keep in my garage saw my neighbors dog and chased it down and attacked and killed their dog. What do I do?

my dog is usually kept inside and always on a chain. He seen the neighbors dog in our yard and took off after it.

Give it a few days and then contact the neighbor and see if what you can do to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, you are liable for the death of your neighbors dog.

Q: Can my landlord evict me for having a “pet” if I have a ESA.

I provided them with the documents they needed and their response was “You knew you was not allowed any pets.” I’ve completed a 12 month lease but they wanted to go month to month when it was up so now I’m month to month and they’re trying to evict me.
