Is the custodial parent (mom) required to send proper clothing with child when they go to non custodial parents (dad) house?
Or is father required to purchase his own clothes for time at his house?
The non custodial parent does pay child support.
The child is 5 years old.

In Kentucky, if you've filed for child support but haven't yet gone to court, you may have the option to withdraw or cancel the filing if both parties have come to an agreement on child support arrangements.

No. Simply file a motion to reinstate child support in your case.

Yes. He should still have to pay support regardless of his travel to see him.
He paid nothing in May or June and currently nothing in July as of the 13th. I have reached out to the Child Support office but my "case worker" apparently retired within the last month and they are going to assign me another case worker but I haven't heard anything or received... View More

Make a motion in your divorce case to hold him in contempt for 1) arrears, 2) current support review 3) unpaid medicals and 4) your attorney fees. That’ll level the playing field pretty quickly.

Expect some type of modification based on the 16 year old living with him but other than that, not much other change.

You have to pay child support through the graduation date in May, but not thereafter.
Last week the non custodial parent was Behind $2000. I looked today and it has the decertified from federal intercept in the case activity and I’m arrears it’s 0.
answered on Mar 8, 2023
Most likely they seized the $2,000 for his taxes which satisfied the arrearage. Since there was no remaining arrearage, the claim has been decertified meaning they will no longer intercept his taxes.
