Q: am i required to take a drug screen test based on allegations that i smoke weed for a DNA proceeding?

I stoped smoking weed 3 weeks ago. and now CPS has filed a DNA Proceeding for abuse of my 13 year old child. also im my custodt is my 2 and 3 year old

You need to hire an attorney for the dna case and then decide what to do about the drug test.
