There's no real way to know how long this action would take, because we're talking about government. however, you should assume now that that your tax refund will be taken by the state. You should be able to sue him in small claims court in the county where the transaction took place. Save all your records and communications with him. Q: My ex and I both signed an adoption agreement for a puppy. Does he have the right to take her away from me?

I have solely financially supported her in vet visits, training programs, food, toys everything she needs. My name is on all of her records with the vet, rescue, training, day care.

Q: Accused of violating a dvo, I went to court the violation was dismissed by judge before next court date I was arrested

I was arrested for dismissed violation in a different county than the issued dvo was filed and my rights weren't read to me. Truck was towed and if i didn't violate can i get compensation for my jail time and impound fee

Q: Took car to get worked on, the shop let it get towed, now it's been junked from impound lot. Like to take legal action.
