Q: Can I sue my rent house owner for falling through the floor in my bathroom

I told them months ago the wood was weak from the toilet leaking they just replaced the toilet not the wood around it Jan 9 my whole leg went through the floor

I need help filing a claim with AIG Insurance. I've the forms in hand. It's been an overwhelming experience that's terribly affected my life, by stealing my identity and so much more.

Are you having an symptoms? Have you seen a health care providers complaining of any symptoms which you relate to the fire? If you have no injuries as a result of the fire, then you have no damages.

Q: Is at fault insurance company liable for storage fee's for disabled vehicle that was towed to owners home sit 65 days?

They really took their time, first saying that my vehicle was totaled, after 2 months they changed my adjuster the new person said that it was not totalled and I would be issued a check a few weeks later I received the check and it was towed to the body shop.

I do not quite understand your question----if the vehicle is stored at the owner's home, then there's no storage fees incurred for that time period. Q: I'm I entitled to a copy of the settlement check, front and back told that I can only get the front side check not back

Went to sign the settlement check but wanted a copy of complete check ( front and back) I was told no I couldn't get the back of the check because it was unethical and was told that until I sign the check my pay will be reduced every week is this true

Q: A misplaced n g tube was Actual Cause of death. Discovered after prescription do I have a path forward to sue?

Actual Cause although mentioned by ER Doctor 5 times, n g tube looped in distal esophagus, tip terminated, coiled in hiatel hernia above diaphragm blocking airway, my family was told septic shock and bowel perforation killed my mother. I feel this has been criminally mishandled.
