Q: I got a ticket on my honeymoon in Louisiana and I was in a rental car when I returned the rental car I left ticket.

I cannot find the ticket and I need to get it taken care of because my license is suspended in Texas now where I live.

Q: License been expired 7 years now last 6 months all of a sudden now they've been suspended

So I got a ticket rope for driving under suspended suspension but I've never done anything to get a suspension so how would it change from expired to expansion without seeing the charge or getting in any trouble

You should get a traffic ticket/criminal defense lawyer located in the parish where the ticket was issued. Your lawyer is in the best position to assist you----paying him now is less expensive that future increases in your monthly auto insurance premiums. Good luck.

Q: What do u do about a concrete subdivision sign that is blocking the view of oncoming traffic?

My daughter got in a wreck and said she doesn't remember seeing headlights coming. Because of this concrete sign. Everyone complains about it. She got a ticket but the sign is obstructing her view.

Yes, it is illegal, however my experience is many people do travel in heavy storms with their flashers/hazard lights operation because it is believed to be safer. I am not sure if that's true, but it is illegal.
