Q: I have been maintaining part of a property next to mine for almost 20 years, Would that property be mine now by law.

There are now new owner. Would this part of property legally be mine

A Michigan attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for two weeks. It sounds like you are talking about adverse possession, which might have better chances of being picked up in the Real Estate section if you wanted to try reposting.
