Q: Can a insurance company close our claim after 7 months? We had a fire at the place we were renting on 1-1-2022

We had a house fire on 1-1-22 in Aitkin, MN. We were renting and I had renters insurance and I was told by my claims adjuster I had 2 years to get them my non salvageable list. Was going to send and my claim has been closed since July 2022. Just wondering how long a claim is open for

No, it does not de-legitimize the speeding ticket. The two issues are completely unrelated. There may be a legal issue with the speeding ticket, but this is not that issue.

A power of attorney ends when the principal dies. It also ends when the agent dies, unless there was a successor agent named, in which case it continues in favor of the successor agent.

I wasnt at fault the police report says the other peoples insurance said they determined that we were both at fault. And wont pay. So I took the driver to small claims court and won my claim. Now does the insurance company pay the settlement I was awarded or what

They'd better. However if you were hurt you may have a claim for your injuries that should have been made part of the case.

Q: y wife has a whole life life insurance policy which we only just found out about.

y wife has a whole life life insurance policy which we only just found out about. Her mother who passed away in 2006 took it out in 1996. Her mother took out a loan whist my wife was still a minor 3 years before she passed away. My wife didnt know about this. Does she owe it?

The question is not clear. I'm not sure if you mean "owe" or "own". Start by checking the status with the insurance company. You can talk to an insurance agent or insurance lawyer for advice.
