I do not practice in Nevada and can't advise on the specifics of Nevada civil/criminal procedure, but your question hasn't been picked up in four weeks. As a general matter throughout the nation, the criminal prosecution is a separate action from the civil proceeding, resulting in injury... View More

Yes, you will have to retain an attorney to file a complaint against the individual driving the other car. However, you will need to get the treatment needed as soon as possible and probably wait until treatment is done in order to know what the value of your case is before filing the Complaint.

The apartment complex can be held responsible for an injury resulting from a fallen stove, it would just depend on a few factors. Was the stove installed negligently? Did the apartment complex have any other complaints of a similar nature? (Notice).

Whether or not the person was drunk would not typically matter when deciding the amount of the award to be given. By proving the driver was drunk, there will be less fighting over liability in this issue. But for damages, they are going to depend on the amount and expense of the treatment that... View More
Since there are close to 250-300 million american workers that would bring my share to around 4.2 million dollars. I'd like to be compensated, since this was done without consent. Is there a lawyer who will take my case?

No. If there had been I'm sure it would have been done. There are a number of reasons way too long for me to give you.
Consider a similar thought--can someone sue the Congress for giving over a trillion dollars in tax breaks to wealthy people? No, that's what they do.

You can sue them, but if they have no money you won't get much out of them. Contact the victim assistance coordinator of the DA's office to see if they can have as part of their sentence restitution.
This rule is so that they can extort money out of tenants and charge them or raise their rent. They do this every year when tenants get their energy assistance money. They try to take is from them. There are numerous trailers without the required fence and some use boards and and wood fencing.
