If you had laibility insruance at the time of the accident, turn this demand over to them.

If you did not have liability insurance at the time, you should speak with a lawyer about your rights.

You may want to look at another insurance company, as many won't charge an increase for this ticket.

if you don't have collision on your own auto policy and someone hits the rental car and damages it, the dealer's insurance company will pay to repair the car.

If it was your car that was involved in the accident there generally is a presumption that you were the one driving unless you can prove otherwise. I suggest hiring a good lawyer.

Each LLC should have at least three members and it's own insurance policy. All LLCs should be owned by a "C" corp. Anything else is not going to protect you from personal liability. You really need to retain an experienced business and contracts attorney.

Q: A year ago my father took my laptop to try and get it fixed. He gave it to a man that he found online.

Best bet is to hire a PI to find the guy if it is important to you, then you can determine what your best options are. If you can't find the guy you can't really do much. He did not steal the laptop and may have tried to contact you and he may say you did not pay for the services... View More

Q: If person is behind light pole and not in designated crosswalk do you have to stop if it appears they are not crossing

I would fight this as he was not in the crosswalk, but will the officer admit to this when he goes to court will probably be your problem. But if you want the best chance to win get a good lawyer not a cheap lawyer as cheap lawyers are generally never good.

I do not think an easement will help. However, you can sue the insurance company to force them to make repairs. However, you would at all times be liable for your own attorney fees and costs. Whether or not a Court will Order the insurnace company to pay your legal fees is unknown. Good luck.
