What, if anything, can be done if a victim/witness lied in a court hearing and also during a jury trial? I know this person lied because I know the truth of the matter. There are two ways in which to address this. The first and best way is in the trial present evidence of the lie. The other method is a complaint to the DA for perjury.

Q: What is the maximum time a state can carry a detainer on an individual that has been incarcerated in another state?

Detainer is 13 yrs old and IAD violated 4 times.

Q: What is my liability and best practices as an licensed professional clinical counselor, minister and hands-on healer?

I have releases/legal docs for both LPCC and hands-on healer. Concerned if there is a liability with the State Board, Scope of Practice, Insurance Companies, asking and quoting/sharing hand-on healing results and testimonials.
