Money will be the issue when you try suing them. Do understand that that person is very likely passive aggressive and will love all the attention your suing him represents. Suggest you look to get a cease and desist letter first, then possibly refer to the police.

If you quit then constructive discharge would need to be proven. You would need to show that what was done to you was so bad that no reasonable teacher would have stayed. By me or her mother. The site also was asking for donations for the homeless. My daughter is not homeless. What can I do , is this a violation of her rights?

Q: My neighbor has verbally threatened to make false child abuse allegations because I made a complaint abt her dog.

Q: Upon counter suing for alleged grand larceny, could you use a name of a person and get them involved?

Q: Hi I'm wondering the legality of using quotes on prints. For instance can I quote two people debating on twitter?

I'm looking to create prints that have quotes from popular figures and selling them online. I'm not looking at using trademarked names, movie quotes, or song quotes. Though those might occasionally show up in the quotes themselves.
