No, this isn't a pro bono, or other type of law firm. It's only a question and answer forum. If you're seeking a pro bono or legal aid type counsel, there are online resources for law firms that hold themselves out for pro bono work. Good luck

my drive license was not issued due to fraud verification I already sent my statements and my lease agreement a month ago and still they say they are verifying the data, is there anything I can do in this case?

answered on Dec 18, 2022
Periodically check in and ask if there are additional documents that would assist with the verification process. Some license types could receive higher scrutiny, depending on the class (such as enhanced). Depending on location, the pandemic has also had an impact on some public agency offices.... Read more »
Can the court force me out of my house because of it?? Or just make sure i pay
Them the debt off?

Unless the summary judgment motion is from your mortgage bank or landlord, it’s hard to see how you could be evicted from your home on that basis. However I would have to review your file in detail before I could advise you on your legal position.

I'm sorry this happened to you. It looks like you already did many of the things that could be done. If you have a renter's insurance policy, check its provisions for personal property loss. But keep in mind that there could be a deductible. I hope it turns up and you get it back. Good luck

The simplest answer is $15,000, one-third of $45,000. But it is seldom this simple, and no one could say exactly how the figure is computed without seeing your file. There could be deductions for out-of-pocket disbursements. These could include court costs, pre-trial expenses such as deposition... Read more »
