It sounds like it probably is time to contact a lawyer right now.

You should speak with an attorney about this. There could be a bait-and-switch issue in your situation. The question is, what would you like to get from the dealer?

Vehicle on day one broke down ended up needing two batteries for 750 dollars, then immediately needed 3k repairs which didn’t resolve some issues. It sounds like you have a pretty good issue for a consumer protection lawsuit against the dealership.
My kids have suffered alot of close dealth s in the past year they lost their mother and grandfather also my step son lost his bialogic mother and father i had them in consoling but they was acting out at school. Now I am fighting to get them back home where they belong
