The IRS uses many tactics to get people to comply with the tax laws, this is one of them. If you wedding is not until November that should give him enough time to get this moving forward and hopefully enable him to obtain a passport. The technical answer is if it is In a place of business or intended to be for profit (even if it is not profitable) then yes a decal is required from the tax commission.

if you are asking specifically regarding the IRS or State you can call, confirm your identity, and see who has an active Power of Attorney on your account. The representatives you speak to should be able to give guidance on how to revoke that power as well.

Oklahoma 2021 tax return Form 511 instructions states:
"An Oklahoma resident individual is taxed on all income reported on the federal return, except...the gains/losses from the sales or exchange of real property in another state."
What is the specific Oklahoma Statute that addresses this?

When dealing with taxes I encourage you to contact a tax law attorney- however if you still desire the information you may start looking at 68 O.S. § 2358 (OSCN 2022)

You need to sit down with a tax attorney and go through this as it is a detailed matter that is beyond the scope of this forum. However, if you are an oklahoma resident this will still be considered income for tax purposes.
She has not lived with him for over 3 years, she lives in OK now and I believe he lives in MS. Is she considered legally separated and can she file as single?

If she has not been granted a divorce then she is technically still married therefore she cannot file as single. However she can file married filing separately. You need to contact a family law attorney to help get the divorce finalized.

Can a parent make a donation to the school (501c3) and then ask for the money back if they move or enroll their child elsewhere?
answered on Jan 5, 2022
The parent can ask - but there isn't anything requiring the refund. There is no federal law, and most states classify the donation as a gift and therefore no longer the property of the person giving the donation, and thus not required to be returned. However, if the funds were donated with... Read more »

In a nut shell, the Native American tribes are considered domestic nations within the US not foreign nations (hence no US embassy). As a result you cannot denounce your US citizenship and expect to be able to remain in the US. This would restrict your business as well, unless you became a citizen... Read more »

Not sure if you have a question. The tax commission can put a hold on that if you haven’t filed a previous year.
I filed this way for 2020 and the IRS says my advanced ctc payments are eligibility pending, did I file my return in error?

It was a tow company that impounded my vehicle due to a traffic stop and me not having proper updated tags; which I also hear that insurance is voluntary unless you’re operating a commercial vehicle. The tow company is currently suspended via the tax commission on the Secretary of State website.

First - insurance is not voluntary, hence the reason it is called compulsory insurance. There is a minimum amount required by law.
As far as the tow company is concerned, you need to actually verify they are suspended and not merely on a website which may or may not be updated. They could... Read more »
