For a class action law suit against a large insurance carrier, where it is not too difficult to surmise that what was improperly done to you, is done routinely with others as well, do you need to discover on your own, who some of those people are, and then contact them unexpectedly and try to have... Sometimes there are delays in negotiating insurance liens on your settlement recovery. Sometimes, someone went on vacation, or the papers are just sitting there on someone's desk. Putting your inquiry in writing in the form of a certified letter probably wouldn't hurt.

I live in Pennsylvania and my car was parked at my apartment complex. An intoxicated person hit it while parked. I was literally hundreds of miles away from the car and was obviously not driving. Will that still affect my driving record. Again, I was nowhere near the vehicle when it happened.
