Q: How can I appeal the judge's decision before the next hearing? and what would he have to do to sue the social worker?

They claim that I was negligent because according to them or the call they received, I violated a restraining order allowing the girls dad to come to the house, even giving them evidence that the judge had already removed it.

Talk to your attorney to get a good analysis/estimate for costs and chances of success.
