There is no time limit. Was a Bond set? If too high, a motion to reduce bond could be made, and sometimes unusual requirements are issued in conjunction with a lower cash bond. Apparently an Arrest Warrant was already executed, so SOL is not running on charge.

Probably not since the alleged tort was not complete. Not a good cause of action.
They have no proof of anything

You will need to hire an attorney admitted to Federal Court in the District where the Case is at. Assuming it is TN, there are some pretty good criminal lawyers here on Justia. If KY or VA, use Justia to look under the States for criminal lawyers. That kind of charge will involve inmates... View More
I'm 18 and male. Four years ago when I was 14, my mother was going to visit her friend who lived in the countryside for a few days and she took me with her. While we were walking over to her friend's house, I slipped and fell in the mud. When we arrived at her friend's house, my... View More

Generally, you cannot successfully sue someone unless their actions or inactions caused you to suffer actual legally compensable injuries. Your question does not mention any such injuries, and it is difficult to imagine how the facts you describe would likely result in any such injury.

Your question makes no sense. Redo your question. There is a procedure in General Sessions Court to appeal the denial of a Handgun Permit.

In case a person desert from the US military and moves to Canada or EU, will she be extradited back to the US? Does this kind of offence considered to be extraditable?

It depends what other legal issues are involved. I strongly suggest a confidential legal consultation with an experienced attorney.

Sometimes, but the charges must be dismissed. If Bound Over or an Indictment rendered, then it is almost impossible. Hire an attorney that knows what a GTLA action is.
I received a speeding ticket on the Natchez Trace in TN...a federal violation. 36 CFR 4.21 (c) for 72 in a 50. I have been asked to pay a fine of $150 and don’t have to appear in court. (Box B). Paying the Citation by mail is a Concviction, and adds 4 points to your MVR. If possible go to Court and act respectful to the US Attorney. It may go better.

The answer depends. The recipient of the photo would likely not be charged if it was unsolicited and the photo(s) were deleted and reported to the appropriate authorities. If the photo was solicited from the minor and the photo is kept - then there's a bigger problem. Facts matter under the... View More

Possible misdemeanor vandalism or littering. But it would not be worth the trouble of being a witness/victim in Court.

Not sure of your "Court" fraud, but a Governmental Tort Liability Action is 1 year from injury. Probably any other applicable cause of action will also be 1 year, except some property torts are 3 years.
