Buyers say no based on the 666 address. Help. I need to have it changed to move. Is there anything I can do legally? I... Read more »

Different Counties handle 911 and zoning issues differently. Hire an attorney in the applicable County to ask for the change in street address. Provide an appropriate alternate address. You may have to go before a County Commission or a Zoning Board. The County Mayor will probably be... Read more »

Did his lawyer move to dismiss for lack of prosecution? If not, was a motion made to reduce the bond? It sounds like he needs a real attorney.

It would be better to have someone else drive you there, or even walk, at least when you leave the Department of Safety. You should be able to get a list of requirements to Reinstate your TNDL. Going to the DOS website may help, as Reinstatement instructions are given there. If there are... Read more »
My husband and I live in a private camping community in Nunnely, TN. Our neighbor to the left of us keeps pointing his home security cameras at the front of our camper and records us. Tennessee is a one party recording state. If the cameras are on his property and otherwise in public, then he can pretty much aim them anywhere. You may have a civil claim for invasion of privacy (statutory and common law) depending on needing more facts. Consult local counsel to see what, if any,... Read more »

Possible misdemeanor vandalism or littering. But it would not be worth the trouble of being a witness/victim in Court.
the husband and wife is a green card holder in USA . Death certificate of the husband is available. can you please advice what is the procedure in changing the share of the property in India to her(wife) name. Also, this couple has no children.

You will need to hire a competent attorney. Heirship determination will be according to the State of death. An interpreter may be needed. India's laws will control the Deed's terms and recordation if a Deed is needed.

No it is not true. But usually a Motion For A New Trial comes first. Hire a competent attorney now.

You are close enough to Jackson to use a lawyer in Jackson, Tn. If you are looking for specific names let me know or call.
I am a Tennessee resident.

You should be able to as reciprocity should apply. Go to the AL forum and ask as laws do change. Remember there may be different restrictions than TN.

It's been 5 months. I think the law only allows for 3 months. I've called the dealer every month and still no tags.
answered on May 25, 2021
You may have to sue the dealer for breach of contract. The dealer may not have owned the car in the first place. You probably cannot apply for the lost title either. If a used car dealer, you may be able to make a claim with the State Regulatory Agency against their Bond.
