Not sure of your asserted Causes of Actions. But the personal injury claim has a 1 year SOL, so you must hire an attorney fast. Potential property torts would be 3 years.

You would be wise to consult with a defamation attorney local to you. But the answer is generally "yes" you can sue. But you have the burden of proof to prove any case you file.

Call your attorney and do not talk to anyone else about this. You do not want to be charged with possession or even tampering with evidence.

Call your attorney and ask him for assistance. This should be returned to the District Attorney General who will need it for a case. The law presumes people understand and read what they signed. Otherwise it would be really hard to enforce contracts. All someone would have to say is "I didn't understand" or "I didn't read."

On the other hand if you have a mental disability that would...

Q: Can anything be done to a person who has constantly sent me threatening messages through different apps?

I've been sent threatening messages from the same person through different accounts and they have made fake accounts just to be able to send these messages to me. Does it still count towards harassment even though it's fake accounts and names?

Yes, you may want to consider seeking an Order of Protection against this person. You could also consider calling the non-emergency police line and reporting the harassment. Sometimes a cease and desist letter from an attorney is successful in getting someone to stop messaging. If these options... View More

You should consult with an attorney. You have several options here. Some of which you said you do not want to pursue. One option is to send your former co-worker a demand letter threatening to sue her if she talks about you with others. That may help in this situation. Overall, you should discuss... View More

It sounds like you need a lawyer to help you establish paternity and potentially seek custody of your son. If you prove through DNA that you are the father, the court may order that the child has your last name.
