Q: How much notice do the courts have to give me if summoning me from another state?

I received papers on March 18 saying I have to be in court in another state on the March 28. Am I expected to get there with 10 days notice ?

I need a why to put tags on my car, but the certificate is void and I can't find the private seller who I bought the car from.

If the DMV won't accept a certificate of title because you scratched out a number, and you can't contact the seller for a new title, you could potentially face difficulties in proving ownership of the car.

Q: If you are physically unable to get to a store and you give debt card to someone else. They go,drain card.

If they suffered damages, they could contact the complex owner/manager to ask about fire insurance for the premises. If local fire department is conducting investigation, any claims could possibly have to await the outcome of any such investigation. Good luck

You should, under no circumstances, remove her property from the home until after going through proper eviction procedures. You should locate a landlord/tenant attorney in your local area to discuss what notices have to be given and what length of time you need to wait before eviction proceedings.
