Q: I am being asked to drive a total of 780 miles (to the destination and back), am I entitled to compensation for that?

I have to drive 390 miles for an IME and have had a statement from my workplace that they would compensate me only 18 cents per mile, which doesn't cover anywhere near enough for gas and vehicle maintenence. If you have an attorney, then speak to your attorney about this. If you do not have an attorney, then now is the time to get one to help you obtain fair treatment.

I'm sorry your question hasn't been picked up in four weeks. Try reposting in the Libel & Slander section. That's where defamation would fall under, and where the question would hopefully have a better chance of being seen by a Wyoming attorney who practices in that area. Good luck

You can't shoot them (I'm assuming you are not in your car). If you did you need to ask that this be taken down by the website, avoid any questions on social media, and contact an attorney at once.

Take all reasonable steps to protect your identity and accounts. If they were defrauded it may or may not be carelessness on their account. Talk to worker's comp lawyer about your on-the-job injury. You can check with an employment lawyer about whether your termination was wrongful. Be well.
