I have a current valid Michigan license. They use my old Indiana license with an address that I’ve never stayed at before. I haven’t had a license in Indiana in 3-4 years now.

Some states have a diversion system for the restraint violation. You take a class and it is dismissed. You still have to appear in Court because you signed a promise to appear, and the states are now interlinked, so any problem you have in IN will affect your CDL. Q: I got a ticket for no insurance and registration being out and my license got suspended and it was a company vehicle.

I gave the company the paper work for the registration and they never turned it in until I received the ticket and now my license is suspended for the no insurance even when the company said there was insurance on the truck.
