The length of the suspension depends upon how many points you will have accumulated. That depends on the nature of the tickets and how fast over the limit you were going. Ticket will probably be dropped if you show up in court. Other driver most likely will not show.

Because it’s arguable that she failed to maintain control over vehicle, failed to reduce speed to avoid an accident, drove too fast for conditions and other possible violations. The state has to prove those but the fact that it was a one vehicle accident does not constitute a defense

The speeding ticket can be issued after the fact. Whether or not that would happen is an unknown. If the cop has nothing better to do than write this type of ticket, he may waste his time on adding a speeding ticket.

The state of Illinois considers driving revoked, particularly when the reason for the revocation is a DUI or other serious traffic offense, to be a serious violation of law. Given that you mentioned IDOC, it appears it was or could have been a felony.
I got a ticket 1/23/19 and got another one 10/23/19 has to go to court and ask for supervision and 8hr TSS. I got another ticket 10/19/20 only 4 days prior to the year mark. Will my license get suspended since It wasn’t a year? Can I still do TSS or will it just go on my record?
