You can incorporate or open an LLC with the Secretary of State. You get a business license in the city where you want to establish your business. You apply for an E2 visa to run the business investment. Contact an immigration attorney directly as this is a public forum.

Q: Which is quicker to bring my spouse to the Unites States? k1 spousal visa or marrying abroad?

Yes you may. There would be an additional form that has to be submitted if you are in the US on G status. I suggest you work with an immigration attorney.

1. Wife needs to get approved for a J1 waiver before she will be approved for I-485

Q: My fiance is a citizen of Ghana and we want to get married here in the U.S. would he be able to come here to marry me?

He is not a U.S citizen, he is a citizen of Ghana. He has no criminal history and has never been in trouble with the law. He has a passport that is current and just been renewed. We have not started the immigration process for his Visa yet but we hope to do so soon.

Relative sponsorship is no longer possible for your biological relatives if you have been legally adopted. Work with an immigration attorney to explore alternatives
