Are you filing an expungement, or is an attorney filing one for you? These are pretty confusing for someone not familiar with the law, so I highly suggest you hire an attorney for this.

However much is needed to impair the driver. If you are charged then you need to hire an attorney. Asking a bunch of questions online will not make your problem go away.

If you want to ever drive then you need to have your driving privilege restored. Doesn’t matter that you never had a license. You have to do the ADSAC to restore your driving privileges.

Q: I got my first dui and it was aggrivated because I blew so high. It’s my first time getting in trouble with the law.

I can’t afford a attorney and I asked my bondsman if I should apply for a public defender and he said if he was me I should defend myself and plea guilty but accept the court cost and fine but no jail time. But I don’t know how that would workout I just need a few answers.

This is his 1st offense except for a few fights in school which he either got suspended or ISS. the petition states to make him a ward of the court and committed to the care, custody, and control of such persons or institutions as the court deems just and proper. what does that mean?
