Q: Will I get a speeding ticket without being pulled over.

I was travelling over 8mph(33-34 mph is my speed) in a 25 mph work zone. A sherrif was coming in a opposite direction but didnt stop me. In this case, is it possible to get a speeding ticket without being stopped ?

In theory it is possible, but based on what you describe it is very, very unlikely. I wouldn't be worried.

You are describing search and seizure, both of which must be reasonable under the state and federal constitutions.
