Did you waive extradition? You are going to need an attorney in the county where you are being held AND the parish is Louisiana where the warrant is pending. Good luck

The courts have ruled that "reasonable conditions of bond" can be imposed while a criminal case is pending. UAs have been deemed reasonable.

Well, there is no such things as a class c felony in Texas but it is possible to have an old conviction affect your ability to get a driver's license. Calling a lawyer in your area might help. Good luck.

Check the date of when the charging instrument was filed with the court, not the date you were arrested. Filing of such document with the court tolls the statute of limitations.
