Q: My boyfriend was rear ended by a man driving a company car he gave ins info and when we called ins co they told us

Policy cancelled. We called owner of co and he told us he would pay to come to the business so they could take pic and then get estimate which he did. Now they are giving him the run around saying he has to take it up with the man driving the car who we can never reach. What are his options

He has several options from filing on his own uninsured and pip policies (assuming he has them) to bring a claim against the driver and/or the company. You really need to tell him to get a free consultation with an attorney to determine his best course of action.

Q: I was in a car accident recently and the third-party was at fault. Just received a rental car through his insurance

question was if I got insurance Thru" the enterprise rental "will the third pay over those fees as well

Probably not. Your own insurance will cover you in a rental car, thus, purchasing insurance through the rental car company may very well be viewed as an unrequired option that you chose.
