Q: I joined the USMC and at moment of truth I told them i did a few drugs and denied my waiver and got a els discharge

Fraudulent discharge/ els (entry level seperation discharge). If I want to apply for the police, do they need to know since I was only there for a couple of days? Will it effect my job carrier? Do I need to tell every employer?

Q: Does my legal name change necessitate updating my property's deed to my new name?

I co-own property & I'm about to legally change my name. Is it necessary to change my name on the deed to my new name in order to keep my property rights? Are there any downsides or risks to keeping the deed in my old name?

Edited to add: I will be changing my full name - first, middle, and last.

No your new last name change won't be a problem. Just keep all your documents with you.

Taking someone's obligation to pay child support away does not take their parental rights away. There is a process for him to relinquish his parental rights and you would have to speak with a family law attorney in your area to find out how that is done.

I'm not sure what the daughter signed to give guardianship; however, if it wasn't legal court documents, the grandmother may need to seek conservatorship or legal guardianship in court. She should consult a family law attorney where the children reside.

When a bankruptcy is filed the lender usually stops accepting the payments online and you must mail them in. Sometimes they will send a payment book. Check with the bankruptcy attorney who filed the case.
