I'm not sure what the daughter signed to give guardianship; however, if it wasn't legal court documents, the grandmother may need to seek conservatorship or legal guardianship in court. She should consult a family law attorney where the children reside.
She was arrested for a probation violation a so called dirty urine test which was bull..the probation officer hasn't even filed any charges yet and is just keeping her there without letting her know anything...can they just do that?

When a bankruptcy is filed the lender usually stops accepting the payments online and you must mail them in. Sometimes they will send a payment book. Check with the bankruptcy attorney who filed the case.
