Q: Family law. If I divorce my husband would he be able to get full custody of our child due to my mental health

Q: I received the annulment in November of 2021. My ex has been using my SSN to get utilities turned on in my name.

Freeze your credit so she cant use your credit again, Call the utility companies and turn of the services

Q: I have a pending 2nd degree felony with a $25,000 fine , do I need a lawyer?

A ad litem should of been appointed to check for all heirs. If the case has not gone to court yet retain a lawyer asap. If it has gone to court and the affidavit states no heirs the property should of not been awarded to anyone,
