Custody of a child born out of wedlock is vested with the mother. That means just because he is on the birth certificate doesn’t mean he has any rights. You currently have fully custody. Until he takes you to court he doesn’t have rights. Good luck!
The father will have to agree to let your grandmother adopt your daughter, it’s not just your decision. And if he doesn’t agree then he gets her since you don’t want her and you’ll have to pay him child support. Think long and hard about what you’re doing. Good luck..

The bill of sale does mean something. If you paid him 1800 and have a bill of sale and he refuses to give you the truck you can have him arrested for theft by deception 1st degree, in addition to suing him civilly. Good luck!

You can go to legal aid to try and obtain a lawyer but it’s mostly for persons who have been abused that qualify. You need to get to an attorney immediately. Some will take payments or draw the money out of savings. But get to an attorney as quickly as possible! Good luck!
Because she is a minor. Anytime a minor is listed on court documents it’s “by and through” the parent of the minor. The age of majority in Alabama is 19, so she has to have her mothers name on the documents.
