Unfortunately, if it was/is a federal case, the answer is "no." There is no federal statute authorizing expungement of a prior criminal conviction.

I was informed that my step'daughter was arrested at the border crossing in San Luis Arizona. I have call authorities to no avail. I simply want to know where she is being held and or when is her court date and in what court. It is apparently a drug related offence.
