A: That means that your ex-spouse, the Petitioner, filed the papers, had you served with the Summons and Petition, and that more than 30 days has elapsed, and has now requested that you be put in Default. It means that you failed to file a Response to the Petition.

They went forward and asked for a Request for Entry of Default, it was granted, and that a Judgment of Divorce was entered against you.

Whatever the Petitioner asked for in the Petitioner was granted to them. I would go to the court and review the file to see what exactly happened and what your legal obligations are, under the judgment.

A: It sounds like your spouse wants a divorce and has either applied for a default order against you, or already has obtained a default judgment. "Default" means you had lawful notice, and failed to appear or plead. This allows the court to enter an order against you.
