A: Proving perjury is very difficult, it requires someone skilled to know how to trap the other person. Unless the perjurer has so blatantly lied that you can prove the lie easily, you should at least consult with a lawyer to draft an argument.

I have written about how to trap a liar and prove perjury in my book A Man's Guide to Divorce Strategy. You can view the article "How to Fight A Liar" on my website at http://mensfamilylaw.com/?p=367
