Q: What type of lawer do we need for a written agreement to pay back a home loan to family that was used for down payment?
We are wanting to pay back a loan given to us by my Husbands parents. We are looking at paying back 30,000. at 500-1000 a month. We want a written agreement that is noted in the courts, are they are worried about gettign thier money back.
