Dewey Beach, DE asked in Landlord - Tenant for Delaware

Q: What type of cleaning is required in rental unit.

I own 2 weekly rental units in Dewey Beach & 1 unit was recently reserved. The renters walked in the unit 3 hrs early w/out permission. Renters said the oven looked old & they did not want to use it. I offered my other unit but stated it would be ready in a few hours. They accepted but walked in 2 hrs early w/out permission. The housekeeper cleaned but they weren’t satisfied so she went back next day & left only after she asked them if they were satisfied. Hours later they complained because “she didn’t vacuum under the couches & behind furniture & that she did not move the refrigerator to mop under it.” To keep the peace, I refunded them $1,200 from their $3,700 rental fee & I sent the housekeeper back again to do a massive cleaning which I paid her extra for. I would like to know if I can keep a portion of the renter’s $800 security deposit for the massive cleaning it didn’t need & because they entered early w/out my permission.
