A: The fastest and easiest way is to create an account at pacer.gov and search there for the cases. Pacer is relatively cheap and easy to use. The older the cases are, the less likely they will be there, especially as you get toward 20 years old. If the cases are not on PACER, you should contact the clerk of the court in the district where the charges were filed to see what records are available and how much they would cost to obtain.
