WE PURCHASED IN ORLANDO FL AT A ON LINE COURT FORECLOSURE SALE REALAUCTIONS.COM COST OF $15100.00 WE ARE NOT SURE WHAT TO DO AND CANNOT AFFORD A ATTORNEY. THE PREVIOUS OWNER WAS FORECLOSED ON BY THE HOA. A TENANT WAS ALREADY RESIDING THERE WITH THE PREVIOUS LEASE AND ALLOWED HIM TO STAY, CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE.

A: Review the tennants in foreclosure act. You can find it online. If you are being sued, you do need an attorney. Defending a foreclosure without one is like trying to make meatloaf without meat.
