St. Petersburg, FL asked in Business Law for Florida

Q: Transfer business with a lease 06/2012. seller obtained all but 25% of my entire FL govt retirement, took business back

Back from me 3 months later without cause stating landlord refused to lease store to me and retained all assets refusing to reimburse any monies ($450,000.00 +). Seller stated all monies are in south America and cannot access. I was promised monthly checks with $50.00 received 12/2012. Seller convinced me of sale due to self recorded assets totaling over $500,000.00 per year income and tax paperwork was always "on its way". I now know, after seller refusing to speak to me and past customers teling me seller is bragging about my stupidity and how he conned me out of my retirement. I have a terminal life partner and negative checking and business account balances with ZERO income. I can't buy food let alone pay an atty. What (if anything) can I do? Seller was a friend that I trusted for years before this purchase. I was to take ownership 1/2013 but 6/2012 was told needed now. Yesterday I learned sellers son arrested 6/2012.
