A: if you are asking whether or not he could get the baby based on your admitted adultery four years ago, the answer is Probably Not. However, this depends on whether your baby was born after the alleged adultery, which would be evidence of what we call condonation, or his forgiveness of your adultery by resuming relations with you.I would need a lot more facts, but in this case, if you are alleged adultery is all he has to go on, it is not a very strong argument for him to get custody.
