Q: What's a reasonable amount of time to give landlord to fix unusable toilet and shower due to tree root issues
Problem initially started 8 days ago when water from toilet flooded bathroom, plumber came, needs camera, landlord try to save money dumps root kill in toilet twice, now without toilet or shower last 2 days and plumber is "fixing on the side" after hours so landlord can save money, my rent due tomorrow and I think I should get credit for this inconvenience considering its still not fixed
