Some people told me to sue her thru small claim court but how effective this can be ? would the court make her pay ? or she can still resufused to pay ? Can she get arrested because of this? How can I get her homeowner's insurance info

A: Suing in small claims court will basically only get you a piece of paper saying that she owes you money, and only if you prevail. Now, it depends upon what assets she has, in order to determine whether you can actually get anything, by garnishing a bank account or wages, or sending the sheriff out to seize personal property.
