Q: What questions will a 10 and 11 year old be asked at an Adjustment of Status interview with USCIS?
So, I got divorced back in 2010. My ex wife re-married almost right away, and me she was applying for their green cards at the same time as hers.
I got married in 2012, and applied for my green card, and got it, as I married an american.
It was only after this that we found out my ex wife did not apply for the kids Green Cards. They are now 10 and 11.
My new wife and I filed for adjustment of status, and today we had notification that the children were being called for an interview at the Orlando office of USCIS.
USCIS have had all of the docs that they requested. We had an RFE earlier on in the process, and gave them what they wanted.
What I am wondering is what on earth will the interview entail for an 10 and 11 year old??
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

A: The only things I can tell you at that immigration questions are very rarely answered on this forum, and that you need to actually speak with one about this.
A: Yes. Kids may be interviewed of course with their guardian present. I strongly recommend you retain an experienced immigration attorney to assist you. Good luck!
