Lawnside, NJ asked in Immigration Law for New Jersey

Q: How to add kids to the petition?

My father submit a petition for my unmarried brother 10 years ago. Now, we just received a NVC welcome letter from the immigration. Now my unmarried brother has 3 kids (11 years old, 10 years old, 7 years old) Is he able to bring his kids with him to USA and process their paperworks all at the same once?

It could be done through contacting National Visa Center and providing national visa center with the information regarding kids. NVC will send additional packets for the kids.
