Q: My x husband wants to have my son live with him every other week. HE loves him but he's not good raising him alone.Thnx

Examples: doesn't give him his breakfast b4 daycare..Has him sleep at a girlfriend s home ( which I don't know) in the living room. My son is 4 and he think its ok for him to watch pg13 movies..He's a great Daddy in the sense of buying him things he needs etc..butThese things worry me and Im afraid it will confuse my son if he sees me every other week..Hes so used to me...Thanks

A: He's not good raising the child is not a reason for you to get more of the time-sharing. You have to come up with a lot more than this, and fighting over small things like this will not get you what you want. The child simply has to eat before daycare. Talk with the father about this.
