Q: I want to leave state with my son but now my son father wont sign for me to go hes an unfit father what can I do now?

my son father is talking about calling the cops on me because I want leave state, he has never paid for his son or barely sees him he doesn't even call me to ask me how he is and I sent him a letter for him to sign so I can leave state and he wont sign it so what can I do? he has another child on the way again he already has 2 with two different people now another with someone else. hes unfit. please tell me what I can do?

A: If there is a court order establishing paternity, you probably need to get permission from the court to move. You do that by filing a relocation petition. Get counsel.
