A: It depends. The more that you value this contract and want it enforced, the more you need to speak with an attorney to help you. With all respect to you, if you did not already know the answer to your own question, do you really expect that you will be able to prove your case in court? There are many rules and laws that are in effect in the courtroom. Lawyers go to school for 7 years in order to become lawyers. Then it takes years of experience and training to be able to answer questions such as found on this forum. Remember, if you sue, you can be countersued. Also, if you do not handle your case as a lawyer would, you can be fined by the court or even ordered to pay the other side's attorney's fees. Please go and at least speak with an attorney and see if it doesn't make more sense to have counsel.
