Q: If I have all holiday visits this year, and the farthers birthday falls on one. Who does the child see?

A: Depends on what the Agreement/Order states. If the Agreement/Order has both of you having the child the same time the two of you should discuss who should have the child. I would note that if the Agreement provides each of you with access on your respective birthday, even if the holiday is yours this year, you should allow the child to be with the father if that is what the father wants.
